Remove engines/companies without Wikidata IDs #3733

Require wikidata IDs for all engines and companies, to prevent bad data from importers (although I believe I've fixed the importer already with 661e56c7b561116b75222e8c8ec1a024e1921d25). Will require removing any existing companies and engines in the application that don't already have Wikidata IDs.

Should probably do the same for platforms, series, and genres? And games.

For now I'm going to leave games alone, since they can't be edited by anyone other than moderators/admins anyway.
