I have removed the highest threshold from consideration for the Nidd dataset and now there should be no warnings when this file is sourced. This does mean that the quantiles labelled on the upper horizontal axis are different than in the simulated (left) plot as they are in increments of 0.04 rather than 0.05. I don't think this is a problem. Please check and make sure there's no problems with this file on your system as the editor explained that it generates only half of figure 1 (I don't see how this could be possible).

Let me know once you're happy with this file and I'll generate the new figure for the paper.
