Use React or Angular framework & JavaScript or TypeScript as implementation language?

Research & select best option.
Thymeleaf is also good option which may mean less work to migrate from JSP implementation, is it worth doing instead of React?

Migrated to Thymeleaf templating engine initially from JSP.

Migrated to thymeleaf, Merged & deployed.

Will attempt to migrate ‘ironoc’ or ‘booking-says’ frontend to React.js instead.
