Dynamically populate project details

Use github api
Create endpoint that return the information needed for carousel render at https://api.github.com/users/conorheffron/repos will list public repositories.
Update home page to render carousel items with name, description, homepage link etc.

Sample end-point (HTTP GET): http:///get-repo-detail/conorheffron/
