Adds a template to help explain parts of this project to an AI system, so that it can be up to speed with a large part of the background info + context it needs to know.

Also might be able to double as a way to introduce new developers to the project, asking an AI to summarize it to get new devs up to speed quickly.

Add initial AI introduction prompt template
Add information from the "theory" conversation
Add tip from another conversation

I think this template provides a clear context that explains its purpose to help anyone that would use it in the future understand on why it exist and how to use it. The examples are especially useful in the approaches section, which I think would be useful for the developer's understanding of the AI. I'm think I'm good with this, should I go ahead and approve this PR?
