Facing this issue after updating both starbug and webbpsf to the latest version and trying to initialise starbug again.

I have just come across the same issue and have begun digging into the problem.

Ive uploaded a work around in v0.4.9. It appears to be in generating the F150W2 filter, I think the problem is in webbpsf not starbug
