Add 3x1 panel with ICSP legend #19

This adds hardware/u2f-zero-panel.kicad_pcb which lays out 3 U2F Zeros connected by breakable mousebites. This also adds a legend for the debug pins on the back silkscreen in the panelized layout.

I've sent this to fab to OSH Park and ended up being 1.60x1.88 inch, $15 for 3 boards (9 U2F Zeros). Thanks for this interesting project!

Great idea! I will add this to the wiki. The legend would be nice to have on the single board layout as well. I'm not sure if there is a good way to not have to repeat changes between panelized and single board layouts.

Yeah, the best I can think of is just re-appending the single board layout and duplicating all but the Edge.Cuts into the panelized layout.
