Change Registration page to match mocks #82

  1. Use the same button styling as on other pages (i.e. button width is not the same)
  2. Centre button alignment
  3. Change Cancel wrapping of Link component to using Link as an attribute of Button component (see Enter button)
  4. Change Enter button to Register
  5. Add function where placeholder text moves above text field on text entry.
  6. Change position and style of cancel button to a text link
  7. Split single paper object into one each per text field

Due to a process change during the sprint a lot of this work on this was undone.
