Hello! Sorry this took me a while. I think that this should take care of everything we had in mind. I changed some minor things in both the interface and the new dspec because I think that including keys for everything, including the series that will be used in processing, will make the post processing easier. There are probably still some mistakes so please review and be mean to me as soon as you can. I based my branch off of Matthew's and merged Joy's in so it might be difficult to spot small changes I made to those files.
