Matthew observed that the 48h Magnolia Transform Model was routinely missing one prediction from the first magnolia_48 hour model, meaning the 49 hour is finishing making its prediction by the time the 48 runs. To maybe help solve this we're increasing the delay between the first ANN and the transform model from one minute to two minutes.
While fixing this I noticed some of the comment.json's weren't accurate to what was in the timing info so I looked through all of them and fixed the inaccurate ones.
