Read domains to CSVs

The FGDBs from SARP contain a bunch of domain values used in the schema of the core datasets.

There are enough values in these to be a pain to copy and paste.

Easiest solution might simply be the DomainToTable followed by export to CSV in ArcGIS...

Just had ArcGIS dump the relevant domains to CSVs, and now have integrated these.
