Add Python 2.7 support #17

Lack of Python 2.7 support is a recurring issue for users, especially since most distributions of ArcGIS are still based on 2.7.

Resolved by pulling in pymbtiles 0.2.0 via 0f9634b08ddfa6c8a0236b22b798d48862ce0db7
