RFE | Provide a parseable list of harmful terms

This is rather a suggestion for enhancement than anything else, but I'd love to see a parsable data-base of harmful terms, that projects fetch and use in in their CI workflow, ensuring those words won't be (re)introduced to the project.

A few considerations:

• Any parsable file, with clear instructions on its format, would be a good starting point;
• harmful terms added to the file should have a replaceable suggestion as part of this repository;
  • projects could error out their CI, with a nice message like: "Please, check https://github.com/conscious-lang/conscious-lang-docs for suggestions on how you can replace $this_harmful_term";
• maybe even provide a container with a simple script to check for this, that could be simply plugged into any other project's CI;

Wow...Somehow missed this one. I too was working on/interested in something similar a time ago but obviously was unsuccessful. Is there somewhere that we could host such a DB? I think it would be very helpful for projects to reference and even leverage for "scraping" their own repos for such terms.
