Chore: cleanup and upgrade codebase

[alex0207s]

• upgrade solidity version from 0.8.17 to 0.8.26
• ugrrade openzeppelin version from 4.9.2 to 5.0.2
• remove unused token config
• remove unused contracts
• remove some redundant if statements and override modifiers

Note

After Solidity 0.8.8, there is no need to add the override modifier to a function that is inherited from interface contracts.
