I remember this term coming up so many times when my connection, ( personal connection) with Katy Hill_ was amidst and alive more so lived than it is today however, the term was applied to a scenario of judgement that was almost ignored or set aside as though ones' intelligence was not adequate enough to have a support system assertively presenting mature means of taking staand amongst the worlds or courthouse modernly.
