- Deliverables: 
    - __Narwhal__: A DAG based consensus, to be implemented on the subnet. As I understand the consensus instances are allowed to send and receive their own messages on the protocol level, if they are given access to a libp2p host. The constraint is that the output of it all should at some point be a Filecoin Block structure, so the common infrastructure stuff keeps working with it. Need to understand Narwhal better to tell how it fits into the subnet model. What's the equivalent of a checkpoint?
