Null char check #56

Added code prior to reading the csv to replace any null characters found.

resolves issue #54

So the issue BJ was seeing was resolved? If that is the case, then good work!

This was a showstopper issue so it would be worth capturing what was going wrong and what solved it into this PR (and going forward: would be even better to capture more of that into the commit message).

How did you verify that this solved BJs problem completely?
