[4.9.37] - Helpdesk: issues in reading English labels #24

Upon testing updated English labels on version 4.9.37, Helpdesk labels for "Problema" section and corresponding Problema Tecnico and Problema Normativo labels are not read from the corresponding properties file (helpdesk_xx.properties), so the labels do not adapt to the chosen language.
