Autochange color based on weather #7

It would be awesome if stormcloud could change color to the following inputs,

Weather change

When the weather changes to rain, stormcloud could change intelligently to blue. While sunny, turn yellowish...

Wallpaper color - Completed in 1.2

Take the average color of the wallpaper (like Unity dash) to choose the color of stormcloud.

It currently adapts to wallpaper color & temperature. I'll have a think about adapting to weather.

It now changes based on weather. The colours may be slightly off but I can change them if needed in the future.
