Add script for after the first gui boot #11

Some folders are not present during script run-time - gui vs. cli booting

If you switch to GUI mode, but run the script before, some folders do not exist yet. For instance the home/pi/Desktop folder. These will only be created upon booting into GUI mode for the first time
