I would like to use SoupX on data with non-integer counts that account for multi-mapping UMIs (such as those generated using the EM option in STARsolo). I don't see any reason why this should be a problem, but, having read about some issues with other packages and non-integer counts, wanted to make sure - is there anything within the internal algorithm that would cause issues with this?
Hello and thank you for the SoupX package!
Thank you in advance for your time.
