add scriptContent for job_attribute inject_env_vars_pre_scm I need this for a few testing jobs we have in auth-platform.

I modified the version of bundler in the gemspec because I was getting errors when running in rubymine. Something about the version of bundler being different than the 'bundled with' version. If you don't want that change just let me know.
