simplified the index #2

Hi,

master contains the templates, config & content files that are used to generate the static website. They do not need to be published so gh-pages is set up to mirror just the public folder (the output of the build process).

I'm going to publish a build with PR#2 today at noon.

Meanwhile, to make it easy to change the content and have multiple people review and edit it at the same time I've created another collaborative document here.
