macOS - Security Warnings about running Constellation and Java

Description

macOs is giving a number of security warnings when running Constellation about potential malware (see the additional details section for the screenshots). Can these be investigated, as it looks like the software is not safe to run on my macbook.

Steps to Reproduce

Download Constellation on macBook
Run by going to the bin folder and clicking on the Constellation exe there.
Check the security warnings that display
Update security settings to trust the software
Warning now about Java - allow this to run

Expected behaviour: The publisher is trusted and I don't get any warnings when I run Constellation

Actual behaviour: I configured the settings to allow the software to run but other people might not run the software.

Reproduces how often: 100% with a new download

Planning to review these security warnings to see what is the current behaviour with the latest version of Constellation.

I have attempted a new install of Constellation on a MacBook and found that I was getting the same issues as mentioned above.

All the same security warnings are popping up with the latest RC. MacOS really doesn't trust the software and doesn't want it to be run, it would be great to fix this. Thanks
