Description
The tree arrangement consistently places graph nodes too far apart to easily view relationships, even when the number of nodes in a group is relatively few. This necessitates a lot of time-consuming scrolling or manual arranging of nodes. A closer tree arrangement would significantly increase analysis efficiency.
Below is a screenshot of the issue and attached is a graph for testing.

This would be updating the existing tree arrangement itself rather than creating a new arrangement alongside the existing one. This would need to be tested with all types of graphs - small, medium and large.
