12 years ago I believe this to be a bug with Joomla, but haven't had a chance to test it. In other words, I don't see any other reason why they are not moved. Know what I mean?

If I place construct directly in /templates (instead of installing from zip) and Discover, the language files are not placed in the /language/en-GB dir causing all lang strings to be broken in tpl manager. Once I copy the lang files from /templates/construct5-pro to /language/en-GB all is well.
