Hide non selected projects in reviewing phase of participatory budgeting #3555

What we need

In the "reviewing phase" of participatory budgeting, when entering into a heading, all projects of the heading are listed.

It should list only the "selected" projects since this phase is following the voting phase where only the selected projects are shown.
