Custom color for structs #569

The Visual Studio 2019 color theme has structs as being colored a slightly more pale green than classes like so:

It would be nice to have the option to color structs a different color under the "Classes and Interfaces" section:

Must be fixed. But L found some issue with platform color page. Will fix now

Custom color for struct is now working :) . I'll test it out some more, but it looks like the color theme for Visual Studio 2019 Dark is close to being done. I'll put in a pr when it is :)
