add PDF version of feedback matrix from Google Sheets #57

Need a place to host this outside of CR's Google Docs so that external users can view it when we link to it in the security model roadmap memo (formerly known as the security model two-pager).

Is this something we could send by email (maybe using the group notifications list) or perhaps set up the working Slack channel that we talked about earlier?

Ginny and I were at least planning to link to it from the memo, so it really needs to be hosted somewhere, and this was where we hosted the 0.5 version of the security model.
