fix: change baseUrl in gogo provider+tsc build #426

PR type: Bug Fix

Changes: Change base URL in gogo anime provider, basically almost the same with the last pr but ran tsc build and inserted missing ' on the baseUrl

Motivation: I just want to watch donghua ad free again ASAP in my own website.
