Improve mapping to emphasize hierarchical clustering results #3

Maybe by showing nested clusters in shades of similar colors.

Try the method described at: https://stackoverflow.com/a/14862469/3362993. Using this we would be limited to 6 groups of colors:

Blues Greens Greys Oranges Purples Reds
