Unable to assert RESET #3

RESET is not getting asserted using RESET button on TiGER board. RESET LDE 
gives indication but micro controller doesn't get RESET

 On board RESET button and micro controller RESET pin are not connected.
Solder wire and short 
PIN9 of 40 pin ZIF socket to one of the following pins
- Capacitor C6 positive terminal
- LED2 cathode
- PIN1 of RESET switch
