[Multiple] Attribute "selected" #159

This attribute not work properly when inizialized. [https://github.com/contactlab/contactlab-ui-components/blob/master/multiple/view.html#L46](), [https://github.com/contactlab/contactlab-ui-components/blob/master/multiple/index.js]() There is no initial mapping between options and selected properties.
