append 'write.csv' of calc results for the web dashboard visualization #5

I would like to expert csv file of Rt results to visualize on the web dashboard that I'm preparing. I added 'write.csv' lines to "scripts/B-MLE.ipynb" and "scripts/C. Calculating the Rt in Stan.ipynb".
