I have added an introduction so that people can understand what this project is about. This is the kind of introduction we might want people to read when we link them to it so that they can give us feedback (framework devs, container devs, devs from the PHP-FIG, etc.). This is why I have talked about other approaches (so that we avoid people wondering "yet another repo, why?").
