Adding Puli binding type #8

I added a Puli binding type as discussed in #6 .

I'm not 100% sure about the wording of the README though. I both want to explain that adding a service provider to the binding type is completely optional, but that it can help people using Puli.

Any thoughts?

I would add something like this at the top of the "Puli integration" section:

The Puli integration is completely optional and not required to use this standard. It is only here to facilitate usage with Puli.

Does that sound good?
