Add support for multiple Harbor instances #111

This PR adds the functionality to support multiple Harbor instances as described in https://github.com/container-registry/backstage-plugin-harbor/issues/219.

I just checked the 12 security hotspots in SonarCloud and it's just related to the fake passwords specified in the tests I've created -> should be no problem :)
