Fixes: #112 Add the appropriate Apache 2 headers as we have done across the rest of the containerd subprojects.

Travis/CI change to go along with this? If not I can help out there

@dmcgowan yeah; was going to make this project the first guinea pig for containerd/project common copies of the tooling/templates so taking a bit longer to sort out the best way to do that. But yes, will have a travis CI change PR soon
