Our biggest bottle neck in our testing infrastructure is the AWS VPCs. The testing framework has been reduced to once a day to reduce the impact of this on our testing infrastructure, however we should revisit the testing framework to identify if we can reduce VPC usage.

Other options are to use different regions for different pipelines and/or increase the number of VPCs limit
