The option `noverity` is described in README.md but it has been removed from the code #270

The noverity option was removed from the code in git commit https://github.com/containers/composefs/commit/339857c2f66bf0ae76cb96e273ff4f6760dd73f8 but the option is still mentioned in the documentation:
