meson files not included in the release tarball #316

A notable change here is that composefs now supports meson as a build system.

Unfortunately that's hard to use with the release tarball because the files are not included. I see there's https://github.com/containers/composefs/pull/313 already, so I'm not sure it's worth creating a PR adding the meson files to be included with make dist.

We're all meson now, so next release will fix this
