Can be used with Docker CE for Windows? #40

From reading the documentation, it is not clear to me if you can use this plugin with Docker CE for Windows. If it can, would you please include some steps on how to use it in the README file, or explicitly state that it cannot be used with that version of Docker. Thanks.

@massaad Currently we don't support this plugin for Windows. Let me open a PR to update the README.md
