We should have some CI and build this on at least Fedora and CentOS Steam 9.

Which can eventually grow to run tests, unit tests, valgrind, sanitizers, code coverage metrics, etc. Eventually boot up a micro-vm and a container of some kind

Closing this, already done we have special tickets for c9s disk partitions cloud images, need special fix
