Add fine-tune icon in AI Lab / InstructLab integration UI #1670

There are a few areas in the UI for InstructLab integration where an icon is needed to follow the existing design patterns:

I would also suggest to add an icon-button to the Model Catalog to start the fine-tuning process.

Fine-tune svg icon (white): fine-tune-big

For the About InstructLab menu item I recommend to use the InstructLab logo. We should reach to that team for the source file https://github.com/instructlab
