Continue and iterate on the mockups we started for AI Lab <-> Instructlab Integration

• [ ] Onboarding and discovery of Instruct Lab
• [ ] Split of the different phases (check IBM cloud work on that regards)
• [ ] Hooking point from playground / model inference
