UX: Summary page for InstructLab

There are a few things missing from the Summary page in its current design:

Describe the solution you'd like

Handle failures, add an option to start/stop the session, show steps, add Synthetic Data generation tab, etc Figure out what happens once the tuning is complete, does the user need to be redirected to the model page? There needs to be an easy way for them to use their new model, as well.

I created a wireframe for the team to discuss before investing more time in a detailed prototype, as there are many uncertainties for this particular screen:

Please take a look and comment, @slemeur @jeffmaury @axel7083, @feloy . My main questions are:

• is this the data we want to be showing?
• is this the right format for particular elements?
• what would be the most important fields, that need to come first?
• are there any specific actions the user will take from here?
• will some of this data also show up in the sessions list?

Looks good! I like the smaller window for the logs - will it be like a window that the logs run solely at this size? If so I like it.

Having the page lack the boxes that we usually encase info in kinda makes it a bit detached from the rest of the application - I'm not sure if that matters much tho given its in the Instruct Lab page.
