Switch to 0.0.2 pde2e images version in e2e windows workflow #1858

The new versions of the pde2e-* images were released.

Describe the solution you'd like

Switch to the new versions of the image in the workflow. For testing purposes one can parametrize the versions used via inputs and default env. var. with value set to old released version and only use new version when run on dispatch event.
