The bootc extension tailwind config was originally copied from Podman Desktop and contains a lot of unused content.
Describe the solution you'd like
Remove unused/PD-specific config.
Remove as many colors as possible. We can always add colors that match PD's palette back in the future if necessary, but for now this helps ensure that we are using the color variables correctly and don't add a dependency on any custom colors.
