Add ARIA functionality into OpenShift Local Resource in the Dashboard, Settings->Resouces and Possibly other places, where necessary. We can break down the issue into smaller pieces.

Tips: Check Epic jira for already finished issues to get reference and reach your peers to get more information about adding ARIA functionality into Podman Desktop.
