Yaml input field in the Play Kubernetes YAML page should be editable #5479

Is your enhancement related to a problem? Please describe

I'd like to be able to post a path to a yaml file in the "Play Kubernetes YAML" page manually or via copy/paste, but currently the field is readonly and you can only interact with it by clicking it to bringing up the file selector.

Describe the solution you'd like

The input field should be editable so that a path can be entered via writing it or pasting it.
